Ingredients
Organic chamomile (62%), organic lavender buds (12%), organic hop leaves (11%), organic valerian root (9%), organic lemon balm (4%).
Directions for use
For hot tea: Place one tea bag in a mug. Add 200 ml of freshly boiled water and allow the tea to steep for 3-5 minutes. Add sugar if desired. For iced tea: Place 6 tea bags in 500 ml of freshly boiled water. Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes. Add another 500 ml of warm water. Chill or serve with ice cubes. Add sugar to taste, and enjoy.

Store in a cool, dry place.
