Open the cap and gently squeeze the tube. If you are using the lubricant with a condom, spread it over the condom after it has been applied. The gel is not a contraceptive and does not contain spermicide. Suitable for vaginal, anal and oral sex. Can be used with natural rubber latex and polyisoprene condoms.
Warnings
Avoid contact with eyes. If you experience irritation, stop using this lubricant.
