Dr.Beckmann Decolorizer 75 grams
Intensely colored clothing quickly discolors. Colors run, and the residual dye adheres to other laundry. With Dr. Beckmann Color Remover, you can restore the original colors. Special ingredients remove the discoloration. This ensures that your clothes look as good as new after decoloring.
Bleaches white and colourfast coloured laundry
For bleaching by hand or machine washing
Also discolours sensitive textiles such as wool and silk
Suitable for all temperatures
Dermatologically tested
Compound
15-30% Reductive bleaching agents (sodium dithionite), Optical brighteners, perfume, linalool, limonene
Usage
Always test colored laundry for colorfastness before bleaching as follows: dissolve ½ teaspoon of bleaching powder in 100 ml of hot water and saturate the fabric in an inconspicuous area. You can use Dr. Beckmann Bleaching Agent if:
do not change the treated colours during application and during a processing time of approximately 15 minutes (not even temporarily - please keep a close eye on this)
the original colours have not changed even after washing and drying.
For stubborn discolouration, we recommend bleaching using the hand wash method, as the longer processing time accelerates the bleaching process.
In the washing machine:
Treat up to 3.5 kg of laundry (see instructions for laundry weight under "Frequently Asked Questions").
Select the highest possible temperature (at least 60 °C) and start a wash program without detergent and without pre-wash.
Then pour the contents of both sachets into the main wash detergent dispenser and rinse with 1 to 2 litres of water (for a top loader: directly onto the drum).
If slight discolouration is still visible after washing, you can repeat this process.
In the bucket:
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a sealable bag or bucket with 6 litres of warm water (minimum 30 °C).
Place a maximum of 1.75 kg of washed-out fabric in the water, submerge it completely, and do not add detergent. Instructions for washing weights can be found under "Frequently Asked Questions."
Close the bucket or bag airtight
Allow the liquid to work for at least 4 hours (in case of stronger discolouration and/or temperatures up to 40 °C, allow it to work overnight).
Rinse your laundry thoroughly with clean water.
