Magnesium bisglycinate, capsule (hypromellose), calcium ascorbate, choline bitartrate, zinc picolinate, calcium pantothenate, inositol, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate and talc), natural D-alpha tocopherol succinate, inositol hexanicotinate, betaine HCL, nicotinamide, ascorbyl palmitate, thiamine hydrochloride, coenzyme Q10, N,N-dimethylglycine, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, retinol palmitate, riboflavin sodium phosphate, pantethine, grape seed extract, boric acid, chromium picolinate, biotin, folic acid, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate, methylcobalamin, dibencozide, coenzyme B12 and cholecalciferol.
Usage
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 1 capsule per day.
Children from 4 to 12 years: 1 capsule every other day.
Take the capsule with sufficient water, preferably after a meal.
Other dosages as prescribed by a doctor or therapist. Stick to the recommended dosage.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Because the formula consists of natural raw materials, you may notice a slight color difference between the capsules.
