Ingredients
Minerals, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, vitamins, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, fatty acids, corn starch, colourings: beetroot red, riboflavin, carmine, stabilisers: polyethylene glycol, sucrose esters of fatty acids, glycerol, firming agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone, rice starch.

Usage
Recommended daily dose: Depending on diet and lifestyle, take 1 to 3 tablets per day. Preferably take with or after meals. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
Children aged 6 to 12 years: 1 tablet per day. Parental supervision is advised.

Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25 degrees Celsius) in a dry and dark place (in the original packaging)
