Usage
Take 1 pearl every day with water, preferably with a meal.
The Health Council recommends that elderly people take the following additional amount of vitamin D daily:
- Women aged 50 and over and men aged 70 and over: 10 mcg
For people who rarely go outside or people with dark skin:
- Women up to 50 years and men up to 70 years: 10 mcg
- Women aged 50 and over and men aged 70 and over: 20 mcg
