Use

The Health Council advises the following amount of extra vitamin D for elderly people daily: - Women aged 50 and over and men aged 70 and over: 10 mcg For people who spend little time outdoors or people with dark skin: - Women up to 50 years and men up to 70 years: 10 mcg - Women aged 50 and over and men aged 70 and over: 20 mcg
