Ingredients
Epsom salt: Magnesii sulfas heptahydricus. L-Ornithine: L-ornithine, micro-crystalline cellulose (filler), HPMC (vegetable capsule).
Usage
It is recommended to do the program at least twice a year, but never if you are not feeling well.
You will also need:
Olive oil - half cup
Fresh red grapefruits - 1 large or 2 small for 2/3 to 3/4 cup juice.
Walnut tincture, ester strong
Large plastic straw
Cup with lid (half litre).
On the day itself, you should eat a fat-free meal in the morning.
2:00 PM: You will begin the program. Do not eat or drink anything from then on, except for the products mentioned above. Mix 4 tablespoons of Epsom salts with 3 cups of water in the cup. You will now have enough for 4 servings of 3/4 cup each. Store the cup in the refrigerator.
6:00 PM: Drink 3/4 cup of the saline solution. To improve the taste, you can add 1/8 teaspoon of vitamin C powder to this cup.
8:00 PM: Drink another 3/4 cup of the saline solution
9:45 PM: Pour 1/2 cup olive oil into the cup. Squeeze the grapefruits until you have at least 1/2 cup of juice. Add the juice to the olive oil. Optionally, add 10 drops of walnut tincture. Then seal the cup. Shake the cup well. If necessary, go to the toilet.
10:00 PM: While standing, drink the entire cup within 5 minutes. To improve the flavor, you can add some cinnamon or brown sugar. A straw makes drinking easier.
Take 4 capsules of Ornithine just before going to bed.
The next morning:
Now drink the third portion of the Epsom salt solution (but not before 6:00 AM).
2 hours later: Now take the fourth and final portion of the Epsom salt solution
2 hours later: You can start eating again. Start with fruit juice, and half an hour later, with fruit. After an hour, you can resume your normal, light diet.
