Chocolatemakers 'Zeiltjes' White with Cocoa Nibs & Vanilla organic
Thin slices of white chocolate with natural vanilla and a hint of sea salt, sprinkled with crispy cocoa nibs.
This white chocolate uses organic cocoa butter, which we buy directly from the Conacado farmer's cooperative in the Dominican Republic. The white chocolate with crispy cocoa nibs (roasted cocoa beans husked) is super delicious.
The cocoa beans travel by sailing ship, the Tres Hombres, on wind power from the Caribbean, taking about four months across the Atlantic Ocean, to the quay in Amsterdam. In our chocolate factory, we make 'single origin' organic chocolate using traditional methods, entirely powered by solar energy!
The 'Zeiltjes' do not fit through the letterbox and are sent as a package.

Storage advice
Store in a cool place (around 18 degrees) and dry, but never in the refrigerator. Moisture condenses on the bar and affects the quality of the bars. Water and the fat of cocoa butter do not mix.
