Chocolatemakers Organic 'Zeiltjes' Dark 70% with Cacao Nibs & Sea Salt
Wafer-thin, crispy dark chocolate slices with crispy cacao nibs and a hint of sea salt. We source the organic Trinitario cocoa beans directly from the Conacado farmers' cooperative in the Dominican Republic. The combination of dark chocolate, salt, and crunchy nibs creates a delightful taste sensation.
The cocoa beans travel by sailing ship, the 'Tres Hombres', on pure wind power for 4 months from the Caribbean across the Atlantic Ocean to Amsterdam. In our chocolate factory, we craft 'single origin' organic chocolate in an artisanal way, powered entirely by solar energy!

Storage advice
Store in a cool (around 18 degrees) and dry place, but never in the refrigerator. Moisture condenses on the bar and affects its quality. Water and the fat from cocoa butter do not mix.
