This smooth dark chocolate with sea salt is made from cocoa from the Cabruca cooperative in Brazil, cultivated in harmony with nature.
Our Brazilian bars carry the Demeter logo. This logo is not yet familiar to everyone, so we will briefly explain it. Demeter products are always organic, but Demeter certifies biodynamic farms and products. Biodynamic goes a step further than organic. It is a holistic way of farming where ecosystems are not disrupted, and we don't just take and extract from the soil, but rather nourish the soil with manure and other natural substances so that it remains healthy for many years to come.
