Ylang Ylang is the sweetest of essential oils. The cananga tree, native to Indonesia and the Philippines, has intriguing greenish-yellow flowers that release an intoxicating scent. The fragrance can be described as warm, sweet, and floral. Excellent as part of a (skin) perfume. On the skin (when incorporated into a carrier oil), Ylang Ylang balances sebum levels and can be used for dry skin, oily skin, and pimples. However, Ylang Ylang has the greatest influence on the psyche: it relaxes and calms nervousness.

Use in a fragrance lamp or aroma diffuser or use in formulations for cosmetic products.
