In all religions, burning frankincense (olibanum) is one of the most important rituals. Frankincense oil is distilled from the resin of the frankincense tree (Somalia, Aden, Oman). The resin has a distinct aroma in the oil, but wood, pine, and lemon can also be detected. Evaporating frankincense oil deepens breathing and is used in meditation. The oil calms anxiety and stress. On the skin (mixed with a carrier oil), frankincense has an astringent effect and can prevent stretch marks. Many anti-wrinkle creams contain frankincense oil.

Boswellia carterii oil, naturally contains: Limonene, Linalool.
Usage
Can be used in a vaporizer or to manufacture cosmetic products.
Warnings
Flammable liquid and vapour. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways.
Causes skin irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction.
Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces. — No smoking. Avoid release to the environment.

IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.
