Usage
Skin care:
Thanks to its soothing properties, sesame seed oil is often used to treat a variety of skin conditions. Due to its nutty aroma, it's recommended to mix the oil with another carrier oil, such as jojoba or apricot kernel. For example, combine 20ml of sesame seed oil with 80ml of apricot kernel oil.

Massage:
Sesame oil is very beneficial for the muscles and is therefore the ideal massage oil for after exercise. For a relaxing sesame massage oil, use 100ml of fatty plant oil and optionally add 10-15 drops of essential oil. Floral oils such as rose, jasmine, and ylang ylang combine particularly well with sesame oil. Sesame oil is also suitable for a gentle baby massage.

Kitchen:
Of course, vegetable oils are also suitable for cooking! Use a vegetable oil for frying or as a salad dressing.
