Chi Myrrh Wild
Myrrh is a resin oil with a warm, slightly spicy and sweet scent. The oil is known for its help with meditation. For this purpose, diffuse the oil in a meditation space. The somewhat viscous oil can be well mixed with frankincense or elemi for this purpose. Myrrh nourishes and protects the skin and is effective for and is one of the best oils for rough and dry skin. Myrrh is also widely used in oral care. When used on the skin, mix the essential oil with a massage oil or fatty vegetable oil.
This combination is wonderful in a diffuser: 1 drop frankincense, 1 drop myrrh, 3 drops orange. You can also make your own skin oil or bath oil by mixing 5 drops of essential oil in 20 ml of vegetable oil or bath oil.
