On the Aromastone Wood or scented stone: 1 drop for a good night's sleep. Up to 10 drops for using the stone in the toilet or wardrobe.
In the ultrasonic vaporizer: Drip 3-10 drops onto the water in the vaporizer.
In the Aroma Inhaler: Place 5 to 12 drops on the cotton swab.
Tip: For a good night's sleep, you can also put 1 drop of Lavinchi Relax Mix oil on your pillow. But never use too much, or the oil will have a stimulating effect.
