Sweet, spicy, and floral. A most versatile oil. Relaxing and strengthening.
The most versatile of all essential oils. It can be used in an aroma lamp as a sedative and also has sleep-enhancing properties. However, never use too much, or the oil will become stimulating. It's very gentle on the skin and a great aid in disinfecting and healing burns. In massage oil, it has a relaxing effect on muscle cramps and also has mild anesthetic properties.
