Chi Lemon Petitgrain essential oil, Wild
The unique lemon petitgrain from Spain is gathered in the wild. This oil is distilled from the leaves and young twigs of the lemon tree. Lemon petitgrain is a pale yellow oil with a delightful summer scent: fresh, lemony, and slightly floral with a hint of wood. Lemon petitgrain adds a light lemon note to any blend and brings freshness to a floral perfume. It's versatile.
Compound
Citrus limon flower/leaf/stem oil, naturally contains: Limonene, Citral, Linalool, Geraniol, Citronellol.
Usage
Evaporation of lemon petitgrain oil:
In the aroma diffuser: the nose determines the number of drops, usually between 5 and 20 drops dripping onto the water in the evaporator.
In the aroma inhaler: Put 20 drops on the cotton swab.
On the fragrance stone: Use 6 to 10 drops for use of the stone on the toilet, wardrobe or on the bedside table.
Steam: maximum 1 - 5 drops of essential oil
Skin care with lemon petitgrain oil:
Essential oils are highly concentrated substances, so you should never use them pure on your skin. For safe use, mix an essential oil with a fatty plant oil as a base. For a relaxing massage oil, use 10-15 drops of essential oil per 100ml of base oil.
In the bath with lemon petitgrain oil:
Never use essential oils pure in (bath) water, as they float on the surface. If the oil floats on the surface, it will come into direct contact with your skin, potentially causing skin irritation. Therefore, it's important to use the oil in bathwater with an emulsifier, neutral bath oil, or hydrophilic oil.
Use a maximum of 10 drops of this essential oil in 10 ml of bath oil or hydrophilic oil for a full bath.
Do not use the oil during pregnancy.
Warnings
Flammable liquid and vapor. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Causes skin irritation.
May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation.
Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces. No smoking. Avoid release to the environment.
IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. DO NOT induce vomiting.
Keep out of reach of children.
