There are two classic ways to do this: a bowl of hot water with a eucalyptus-like substance dissolved in it, or sniffing a similar scent from a much more convenient plastic inhaler. The Chi Aroma Inhaler is a variation on the classic inhaler, but with two major advantages: it's made of stainless steel and contains no plastic.
