Wrinkle reducing qualities and suitable for damaged and mature skin.
The argan tree grows only in southern Morocco and is available in two varieties: as a food oil, pressed from the roasted nuts, and the cosmetic, odorless argan oil, made from the unroasted nuts. Argan oil has a long shelf life and prevents the formation of free radicals on the skin. It contains more vitamin E than olive oil, for example. Furthermore, the oil is rich in carotenoids and phytosterols. Argan has good skin-softening and wrinkle-reducing properties and is suitable for damaged and mature skin. Argan oil is also very suitable for the eye contour. Argan complements rosehip oil very well for skin regeneration and the prevention of (pregnancy) stretch marks.
