Usage
Sodium bicarbonate powder, also known as baking soda, is easily mixed with water.
Adding it to bathwater has a relaxing effect. Dosage: add 50 to 100 grams.
When used in a foot bath, sodium bicarbonate is very effective in combating sweaty feet.
Dosage: 3 teaspoons per 10 litres of water.
Washing your face: If you can't tolerate soap on your face, you can wash it with water and a few teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate dissolved in it. Then, without rinsing, dry your face. This will leave your skin pleasantly soft.
