Fleur de sel refill. Culinary table salt, fleur de sel from Guerande (South Brittany), is the result of a close collaboration between nature and the ancestral skill of the "paludier." On a few summer evenings, after the warm hours of the sun-drenched plain, the paludier "picks" the rare Fleur de Sel crystallized on the surface of the salt pan. Simply dried by the sun, this salt, naturally rich in minerals (magnesium, calcium, and potassium), will enhance the flavor of both the simplest and most refined dishes.
