Meadow flower honey cream
Honey is a natural product. Bees collect nectar from flowers and convert it into honey using enzymes. The color and flavor of honey are largely determined by the origin of the nectar, but the degree of crystallization also influences the flavor. When the beekeeper inoculates the honey with a very small amount of finely crystallized honey and then stirs it daily for several weeks, the final product is creamed honey.
Delicious on bread, in tea, and for cooking and baking. To preserve nutrients, do not heat above 37 degrees Celsius.

Sometimes honey crystallizes over time. This is a natural process and is easily remedied. Simply place the jar in a pan of lukewarm water for half an hour. Store at room temperature.
Babies under 1 year of age should not eat honey, as honey naturally contains an enzyme that can be harmful to them.
