Quinoa organic
Quinoa is a crop that originates primarily in South America. It grows in countries like Peru and Bolivia, but is also found in the Rocky Mountains of the United States. Although it looks very similar to a grain, it isn't. Nevertheless, it's often eaten as one. Quinoa is related to spinach and beetroot and has a nutty flavor.
Quinoa can be eaten as a meat substitute. It also satisfies hearty cravings.
Delicious instead of rice, in a salad, in pancakes, the possibilities are endless.
There are different types of quinoa available: red, black, green, and white. They all taste the same. Quinoa is becoming increasingly popular in supermarkets.
Ingredients
Quinoa.* *From controlled organic cultivation.

Usage
Quinoa should always be rinsed with water first. Then you can cook it. For 1 part quinoa, add 2 parts water and let it boil for about five to ten minutes. You can tell it's ready when the water has been absorbed and the quinoa is translucent. Then let it sit for ten minutes with the lid on the pan before processing.
