Flaxseed comes from the flax plant, and the oil is therefore also called flaxseed oil. You can use flaxseed in a green salad or add it to pasta or rice dishes.

Bountiful flaxseed oil can be used in various ways, such as cooking. However, it's not recommended for frying or roasting. It's not suitable for this purpose. This is because harmful substances are released when flaxseed oil is heated to high temperatures. Other oils are more suitable. However, flaxseed oil can be used in salad dressings, sauces, soups, or yogurt, for example.
