Coconut flour consists of the fine fibers of dried coconut meat and is 100% organic. The coconut is dried and defatted, then ground into a powder. This naturally gluten-free flour has a consistency similar to wheat flour. You can easily replace a quarter of the flour in standard recipes with coconut flour. There are also many delicious recipes that use only coconut flour.
