Chia seeds can be eaten directly from the package. Or you can mix them into your favorite dish: drink, smoothie, muesli, breakfast cereal, salad, or whatever. The quickest and easiest way to eat chia seeds is to stir a tablespoon of chia seeds into a glass of water or juice, let it sit for about 5 minutes, then stir again and drink. Chia seeds can be added to jam, nut spread, peanut butter, muesli, cereals, sauces, and soups. Use a maximum of 15g of chia seeds per day.
