Ingredients
Green tea extract, hawthorn extract, garcinia extract, bladderwrack, MUSTARD seed, schisandra extract, algae concentrate, chromium picolinate, gelatin (capsule shell) and LACTOSE (bulking agent).
Usage
Take 1 capsule in the morning half an hour before a meal and 2 capsules in the afternoon half an hour before a meal with sufficient water.
Do not take a capsule in the evening before a meal or before going to bed!
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
