Dry extracts of herbs: OAT STRAW (AVENA SATIVA) (gluten), St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), Rue (Ruta graveolens), Passion flower herb (Passiflora incarnata), Hop cones (Humulus lupulus), Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), Lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia), , firming agent (cellulose). This product contains only vegetable raw materials and is therefore also suitable for vegetarians.
Usage
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with plenty of water. If necessary, you can take a capsule every hour.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
