Ingredients
Chocolate powder** (blond cane sugar**, cocoa** minimum 32%), blond cane sugar**, bright WHEAT* type 65, corn starch*, dark chocolate pieces* (cocoa mass*, blond cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract*), raising agent* (corn starch*, potassium tartrate, sodium bicarbonate), sea salt. * from organic farming ** organic ingredients from fair trade

Usage
Preparation for chocolate cake
Add to the preparation 3 eggs, 70 ml (1/2 glass) of milk or vegetable drink, 90 grams of fat.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the preparation in a bowl.
Add the cold milk (or vegetable drink) together with the whole eggs.
Now mix well before adding the melted fat.
Mix vigorously with a whisk or a hand mixer until the preparation becomes frothy.
Place in a pre-buttered round tin (24 cm diameter) and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
The cake is ready to bake when a knife inserted 2 cm from the edge of the cake comes out clean.
However, if the knife is inserted into the middle of the cake, it should come out with chocolate residue.
Remove from the mold when the cake has cooled completely.
