Bisson Baking Mix for Brownies
Ingredients
Chocolate powder* (blond cane sugar**, cocoa** minimum 32%), dark chocolate pieces* (cocoa mass*, blond cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract*), clear WHEAT flour* type 65*, blond cane sugar** *organic ** organic ingredient from Fair Trade

Usage
For 8 brownies:
Add to your preparation:
3 eggs, 150 grams of fat
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Butter and flour a rectangular or square baking tin (max 20 x 20 cm)
Melt the fat in a large saucepan. Once it's liquid, remove the pan from the heat and add the mixture.
Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
Add the eggs one at a time - stirring well between each egg (with dried fruit if desired) and pour the batter into the tin.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Monitor the brownies carefully until 2 to 3 minutes before the end of the baking time. The brownie is done when a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the mould when cold
Save
Store in a dark, dry place at a moderate temperature.
