Instructions for use
Biotona Organic black Chia Seed Raw can be added to bread and pastries, muesli for breakfast, salad for lunch. Ground into smoothies in combination with fruit(juices), (plant-based) milk or yogurt. If chia seeds are soaked in water, they form a gel-like substance, which can serve as a base for various recipes. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Limit the use of chia seeds to approximately 15 g per day.
