Beginner's matcha tea organic
Biotona Beginner's matcha tea
Ingredients
Matcha green tea* (Camellia sinensis) (100%) from Japan. *organic cultivation
Usage
One possible option is to drink our tea powders according to the following traditional preparation:
Bring fresh, preferably soft (lightly mineralized) water to a boil. Let the water cool to approximately 80°C (e.g., open the kettle, wait 10 minutes, or pour the water into another jug 4-5 times, as the water cools each time you pour it over). Place 1 to 2 g of tea powder (2 bamboo spoons or ½ teaspoon; to taste) in a small bowl and pour it over the water (70-100 ml). Whisk the tea for about 15 seconds until frothy.
But that's not the only way to enjoy our tea powders. Try drinking your Matcha like they do in Japan, neat with ice-cold water or on the rocks. They also have endless possibilities. You can add them to your favorite smoothie, shake, hot drink, ice cream, baked goods, gourmet dishes, or even spices!
