Ingredients
Pumpkin seed oil (Curcubita pepo L.), gelatin, humectant: glycerol, nettle extract (Urtica dioicai L., Urtica urens L.), minerals, sunflower oil (Helianthus annuus), plant sterols (4.3%), cat's whiskers extract (Orthosiphon stamineus Benth.), water, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, glazing agent: beeswax, pale-leaf coneflower extract (Echinacea pallida), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin E, colour: iron oxide, saw palmetto extract (Serenoa repens).

Usage
Adult men: Take 1 capsule with water 3 times a day before meals for at least 1 month.
After 1 month, you can switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule 1-2 times a day.
Minimum recommended period of use: 2-3 months.
If you have a sensitive stomach, it is recommended to take the capsule with a meal.

Avoid consuming more than 3 grams of added plant sterols per day.
This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels.
If you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications, use the product only under the supervision of a doctor.
Eat fruits and vegetables regularly to maintain carotenoid levels.
For adult males only.
