Usage
Take 2 capsules with water half an hour before going to bed.
Before use, read the enclosed instructions for use.
Do not use in combination with medicines that depress the central nervous system, such as antidepressants and tranquilizers (sleeping pills).
Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place.
