Usage
Take 3 capsules daily with a meal, 2 with breakfast, 1 with lunch, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
