Ingredients
Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata husks), fructo-oligosaccharides (Cichorium intybus root), inulin (Cichorium intybus root), plum juice powder (Prunus domestica fruit), pectin (Malus sp. fruit), Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum & Bifidobacterium lactis.
Usage
2 heaped teaspoons (approximately 10 grams) per day, mixed in 200 ml of water and taken with food, or as professionally prescribed.
If you are under medical supervision, consult a doctor before use. Not suitable for use during intended pregnancy, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. This product contains a drying agent (small orange capsule) to absorb moisture; it is recommended that you do not remove it.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and heat.

- Plum juice 1:2.5 (equivalent to 2.5 g plum juice) – 1 g
- Pectin – 10 mg
- Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL-60 & CUL-21) – 11.3 mg*
- Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL-20) & Bifidobacterium lactis (CUL-34) – 1.7 mg*
Provides a total of 2 billion live bacteria, guaranteed until the end of its shelf life when stored correctly.
