Nutritional plan advice
As an addition to breast milk or follow-on milk.
Preparation advice
Heat 200 ml of breast milk* or follow-on milk, prepared according to the instructions on the packaging.
Pour the milk into a bottle with a teat or into a plate.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of spelt porridge to the bottle or 4-6 tablespoons to a plate.
Shake the bottle well or stir the porridge until a smooth paste is formed.
Let it stand until the product has reached the desired temperature (37°C).
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place closed.
