The round natural rubber teat is designed to mimic both the shape and size of a mother's breast. This encourages a similar tongue position and sucking technique to breastfeeding. Midwives recommend this pacifier because it supports natural breastfeeding. Size 2 for ages 6+ months.
Usage
Because the nipple is slanted, the baby doesn't have to suck as hard to flatten the pacifier in their mouth. Because the nipple isn't symmetrical, it does need to be positioned correctly in the baby's mouth.
Warnings
Replace the teat after 4-6 weeks of use for safety and hygiene reasons. Do not use a teat that has changed color or shows any irregularities. Because it is made of natural rubber, the teat may expand slightly during use.
