Mix 1: sea salt, coriander*, garlic*, cane sugar*, pepper*, rosemary*, caraway*, acid (citric acid), turmeric*, bay leaf*, thyme* Mix 2: sea salt, potato starch*, rice flour*, tomato*, onion*, CELERY*, bell pepper*, SOY sauce* (soybeans*, maltodextrin*, salt), CARROT*, chives*, parsley*, lovage*, nutmeg*, marjoram*, turmeric*, dill*, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, sunflower oil*, lemon oil* * = Organic

Usage
Preparation method:
1. Dice the vegetables and place them in a baking dish. Stir spice mix 2 (large bag) into 100ml cream and mix with the vegetables.
2. Mix spice mix 1 (small sachet) with 2 tablespoons of oil and brush this mixture onto the salmon fillet. Place the salmon fillet on the vegetables and bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) (170°C (fan oven)).
