Usage
In a bath: dissolve 100 to 200 grams. For a foot bath: dissolve 1 tablespoon of baking soda in water at 37°C. For optimal effect, use baking soda with Aromedica® magnesium bath crystals. They enhance each other's effect, and the magnesium is absorbed even better. First dissolve the magnesium in the bath and then add the baking soda. By detoxing regularly, you will quickly experience more energy.
