Aromedica Magnesium oil spray
Magnesium oil is the highly concentrated liquid form of magnesium chloride, dissolved in water. It's called magnesium oil because it feels oily. This magnesium oil is ideal for quickly and effectively absorbing magnesium through the skin.
Ingredients (INCI)
Aqua, 31% magnesium chloride.
Usage
Use 15 to 20 sprays daily (approximately 200 mg, half of your daily requirement). Leave on for at least 10 minutes. Then rinse if desired. A slight tingling and a warm feeling are normal and indicate that the magnesium is being absorbed.
Storage advice
Keep refrigerated and store in a cool, dry place.
