Aromedica Celtic sea salt
This untreated Celtic sea salt has not undergone any chemical treatment and contains no additives. It is unrefined and unwashed moist sea salt from the Guérande region of Brittany, France, and is hand-harvested according to ancient Celtic traditions. Its light gray color is due to the absorption of minerals from the clay surrounding the salt fields. It has a low sodium content and a highly diverse mineral composition: magnesium, potassium, calcium, and trace elements.
Ingredients (INCI)
100% Celtic sea salt
Usage
Bath: 250 to 350 grams of salt at a temperature of 36 degrees.
Foot bath: Add 3 teaspoons of Celtic Sea Salt to a lukewarm foot bath.
Celtic sea salt in dishes: This coarse gray Celtic sea salt can of course also be used as table salt.
Drinking: You can make a drink called Sole. This drink consists of 1/3 Celtic sea salt and 2/3 plain tap water. Shake them together. The resulting substance is called Sole. Drink it by taking 1 teaspoon of Sole from the Sole and mixing it in a regular glass. Stir briefly, and it's ready. Do this once a day, for example, in the morning, on an empty stomach. This will provide you with numerous minerals. Note: Too much salt can be harmful. Consult a specialist if you have any questions.
Toothpaste: You can add a few grains of Celtic sea salt to your toothpaste. It has a cleansing and disinfecting effect.
Storage advice
Keep container tightly closed.
