Aromedica Epsom salt
Epsom salt is a qualified product and is environmentally friendly due to its natural origin.
Other names for Epsom salt are magnesium sulfate (MgSO4), bitter salt and English salt.
Ingredients (INCI)
100% Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate)
Usage
– Gently removes dead skin cells
– As a bath salt it relieves stiff and tense muscles and joints
– Epsom salt in the bath water provides you with a deep night's sleep and is therefore ideal for sleep problems and stress.
Add a tablespoon (300 grams) of Epsom salt to the washing machine to soften the water. Your laundry will stay soft when it's taken off the line!
Add 250 grams of Epsom salt to your bathwater the first time. Apply a small amount of Vaseline to your skin if you have any wounds or other open areas (otherwise it may sting). Don't start with too much at once, but gradually increase the dosage from 250 grams per bath to 1 kilogram. This is the recommended amount for gradual detoxification.
