Vegan Omega-3 Liquid is a 100% plant-based Omega-3 supplement, intended for vegetarians and vegans. It's a combination of fresh flaxseed oil and algae oil. It has a spicy flavor and can be used straight from the spoon or stirred into yogurt, for example.
