Vegan Omega-3 liquid is a 100% plant-based Omega-3 supplement, intended for vegetarians and vegans. It is a combination of fresh flaxseed oil and algae oil. It has a herbaceous taste and can be used directly from the spoon or stirred into, for example, yogurt.
The algae oil is rich in Omega-3 DHA, the fatty acid also found in fatty fish. DHA is the same Omega-3 fatty acid as in fish oil. Algae oil is made from cultivated algae. This means the algae oil is free from contaminants that can occur in wild fish.
