Usage
Take 2 capsules, preferably in the evening with or after a meal, with plenty of water. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Stick to the recommended dosage unless otherwise advised by a doctor or therapist. Consult a doctor or specialist before use if you have an illness or are taking medication.
Contains green tea extract. Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age or adults over 70 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or while taking cholesterol-lowering medications or other products containing red yeast rice.
