Usage
Place half a teaspoon of Kotobuki matcha in a matcha bowl.
Add up to halfway almost boiling water 80°C or milk.
Use the bamboo whisk to loosen the matcha lumps. Smoothly stir the eight, the infinity symbol, or move the whisk from left to right. Keep repeating mindfully until a soft, frothy, grass-green drink is created, without a single lump.
