Usage
An ideal gluten-free alternative to regular flour. Use 1 tablespoon daily in water, juice, shakes, smoothies, hot chocolate, tea, or coffee.
Also delicious in yoghurt, sauce, muesli, oatmeal, dessert or over your meal.
For baking: Replace 10-15% of the flour with coconut flour and add extra liquid.
When using 100% coconut flour, a binding agent such as potato starch, corn starch, agar agar, or egg yolk is recommended.
