Amanprana Bambu salt fine
Making bamboo salt requires a lot of experience and patience. Sea salt is placed in tubes of 3-year-old bamboo and sealed with red mountain clay. Then heated up to 9 times – ground – heated – ground for 8–15 hours over a hot pine wood fire. The sulfur-rich bamboo carbonizes, and the salt repeatedly absorbs some of the juices and minerals from the bamboo.
