Nexcare™ ColdHot Therapy Pack Classic
Natural therapeutic action of cold and heat. Compresses can be used for heat or cold therapy and are a practical solution for those who prefer natural treatment without medication. Use cold compresses for tension headaches, fever (not intended to lower body temperature), acute injuries (bruises, small bumps), sprains, e.g., of the ankle, knee, elbow or shoulder, or swelling due to bruising/injury. Use warm compresses for stiff neck or shoulders, arthritis/rheumatoid arthritis (without acute inflammation) such as wrist arthritis, when you are cold (use as a hot water bottle), for lower back pain, menstrual pain, painful knee or general stiffness of leg muscles and for abdominal pain (only due to muscle tension).
- Natural therapy without medication
- Cold reduces swelling, inflammation and pain
- Heat reduces pain, soothes and relaxes
- Reusable compress with non-toxic gel – safe for the whole family
- Does not contain natural rubber latex
Usage
Nexcare™ ColdHot Therapy Pack Classic is intended to warm or cool the skin. Cold reduces swelling, inflammation and pain. Heat reduces pain, soothes and relaxes. The gel is non-toxic and safe for the whole family.
Directions for use
Can be cooled in the freezer or refrigerator. Can be heated in warm water or in the microwave. Knead the compress to distribute the heat evenly. Always place the gel compress in the included cover or in a clean towel when applying it to the skin. Apply the compress to the painful or inflamed area and leave it on as long as it feels comfortable. Reheat the gel pack once it has cooled to room temperature. The gel pack comes with a protective cover for quick/easy and comfortable use and to protect your skin. Read the instructions for use before use.
