Ingredients
Cod liver oil (FISH), bovine gelatin (capsule), glycerol, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), natural tocopherol (antioxidant), vanilla flavouring, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

Usage
Take 2-4 capsules once a day with water and swallow, preferably with a meal.
For adults and children who can swallow capsules whole.
Also recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
